CS Project

A further aspect of Project Management is the need to control the costs of a project by comparing the actual costs to date with the expected costs and to be able to forecast the expenditure profile to completion. CS Project enables a quick method of assigning money to activities.

Fixed Costs may be entered against the activity itself in the Activity Details – Advanced Window (or the directly into the Activity Table as below). Such costs may reflect Sub Contract fees, Office Costs etc., and are spread evenly over the duration of the task.



To view the Scheduled Cost graph, go to the Start tool bar and use the bottom drop down menu in 'Display(Histogram)', and select 'Scheduled Cost'.
