To apply progress, right mouse click the headings in the Activity Table and click ‘Activity Table Options’ to open the ‘Activity Table’ configuration window, then select the Progress Table layout.
This table layout can be used to enter actual start/finish dates and percentage completed.
Alternatively, progress can be applied by editing the properties of each individual activity or by using the 'Tracking’ toolbar.
Selecting the activities and clicking on the appropriate toolbar allows for quick updating of a project programme.
In this example we have used the ‘Reschedule Tasks’ button to move activities that should have started to after ‘Time Now’ date.
