CS Project

Note: Some options and features may vary from the article below based on your CS Project package.

Sometimes you may want to see what calendars activity links are using. Doing this in CS Project is relatively easy.

Step One 

1.) Go to the Reports toolbar and select > Activity Status.

2.) In the dialog box, click on the Layout tab.

3.) Make sure one of the Predecessor fields is set to ‘Calendar’. If not, set one to Calendar.

Step Two 

1.) Close the dialog box and go to the bar chart. Double click on the links to select their calendar.

2.) Go back to the Activity Status report and this time hit ‘Preview’. You will now see a report showing the Calendar for the links.
